“Hotellet ser fint ut, och har ett bra läge men har inte femstjärnig service. Vi valde hotellet bland annat för att de erbjöd transport från flygplatsen, men det funkade inte. Trots att hotellet var i princip tomt lyckades de inte ge oss två rum brevid varandra. I det ena rummet saknades tvål, och vatten och vi blev utkörda ur rummen innan check out-time.”

“Har bott på Avenida tre gånger. Ett internationellt konferenshotell med hög standard. Ligger centralt i Maputo. Bra service och god frukostbuffet. Hade stor nytta av business center. Lite väl dyrt om man bor som turist.men utmärkt för professionella uppdrag.”

“O hotel é bom e se destaca o ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários. A limpeza é levada muito a sério e o lugar, mesmo sem luxo, merece elogios. Um dos dias faltou água quente para o banho, mas no dia seguinte tudo estava consertado. O isolamento acústico no quarto não é bom e durante a noite pode acarretar alguns sustos, especialmente em vista das paredes do quarto serem de "lona". Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido.”

A day's stay @ RB Maputo

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it did not live up to the expectations set by its 5-star rating, especially considering the price. For instance, the directions from reception to the restaurant, that was located in a separate building, was vague. Additionally, the reception mistakenly booked the airport shuttle for the wrong day, but the issue was promptly resolved at the front desk. The breakfast options were also limited for vegetarians, with most choices being meat-based. The overall experience and stay were pleasant but it fell short of what one would expect from a hotel of this category."
