“Let start with the good: The apartment was a good size, and parking was easy. Location was decent - a short (10min) walk to the local shopping centre and tram line into the city. Oh, and there was plenty of dishwasher powder (other places often only have enough for one load)!
That’s about all the good news, though. The appartments are not actually at the stated address. Reception is there, but apartments are on the other side of the highway. It’s not easy to walk across, and to drive you have...

“Avani Melbourne Box Hill resident
My husband and I spent one night at Avani for a medical appointment 300m away at Box Hill hospital.
The 2 guys at reception were friendly prompt helpful and made the stay super easy.
The affordable high rise apartment was modern and homely.
Just 2 buildings down is the RSL club lovely welcoming staff and delicious meals . We booked a table earlier in the day as its is very popular.
Easy apartment bookin with parking out front until we used underground...

“Great accommodation! Perfect for a short stay with all the facilities we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to parking areas and the park across the road was terrific as we had a dog with us.”
