“Hello, my husband and I travel every few months down to Arkansas Arkadelphia. Where we visit our son. I try to make it a point to stay in a different hotel. However, there are a few things that I look for even though I may not use them myself everytime. Just because, my son may want to book a room or something you never know life's hand. “Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!”

“It got the job done. I liked the family room set up. Kinda a rare configuration. They were working to make fixes and upgrades to other rooms while we were there. We’d stay again.”

“100% will be back next time we visit AR. This cabin was everything that I could have wanted in this trip. We miscalculated our TOA and the hoasts let us check in a little early. Everything was very clean, nice and put together well. Unfortunately we didnt get to explore the property while we were here, but we will next time. ”

“Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. “Hot tub was amazing , rooms where all cozy also. The only problem we had was the wifi didn't allow you to play online games on console. Other than that the place was great great location really quite lots of wildlife and great communication by the owner.”
