“Unfortunately the Fairfield Inn & Suites called 1 day before arrival to inform us that they had overbooked. A transfer was arranged to another hotel, the Best Western Plus Olean (a bit further than expected). The Best Western Plus turned out to be good, clean and with excellent service. However, to give credit to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot, they did their best to arrange a smooth transfer to the Best Western Plus despite the overbooking.”

“First, the few issues. Breakfast is only OJ, a few bagels, cream cheese, butter, dried cereal, bananas, and coffee. No yogurt, pastries, eggs, or much fruit. Such an easy thing to fix. The multiple threats around the pantry to not steal or video will be turned over to the police for prosecution is offensive to paying guests. There has to be a better way. “If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

“It was a perfect stay at Stargazer and the property completely lived up to its name of Tranquility Trails. We purposely chose this sweet and cozy cottage to get away from 4th of July fireworks for our very anxious and noise-sensitive dog. There were fireworks in the distance and we couldn't hear a thing, with the TV on regular volume. Everyone, including our 2 dogs, were charmed and we were well-rested and relaxed throughout the stay.
