“Great location for accessing the Missouri River! We floated from Brooky Bottom to Mulberry Bend. Easy take out and return to the house from the Mulberry Bend boat ramp.Backyard patio, picnic table and gas grill were great for hanging out after the kayak trip!”

“The property is wonderful!! It’s in a great location and community. The only thing I would encourage the host to do is to make sure the vrbo listing includes it is with the guest house/apt. Sign since it’s upstairs. I would also include some restaurants in the area like Vermilion or Hawarden. We went yo Central cafefor bkfst. It’s delicious and just a short drive. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend it”
