“Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.”

“My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. “Clean rooms and helpful staff”

“the rooms were large and the floors clean, refrigerator was small but uesable. Breakfast was usual items, it was good but I like bacon better than sausage staff were friendly but it would have speeded up check in if two people were working the desk. I didn't use pool, but it look clean (outside) Parking was in a gated lot the fence needs some repain in places.”

“This is a bare-bones hotel, and it’s not aging well for how new it is. Hallways aren’t air-conditioned & it took about 8 hours for the room to get down to a tolerable temperature. Parking lot was absolutely full when we got back after midnight. Upsides: Room and bathroom were clean, with an excellent handicap-accessible bathtub with adjustable shower height and lots of well-placed grab bars. Breakfast was better than I expected, given the sparseness of everything else. Coffee was good...

“The property had an odor throughout the building. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. There gnats flying in the room. The following morning killed a roach in the bathroom. The original room reserved was not available. According to staff it was not able to be occupied. The pool was also not in service. Would not stay at the property again. The only positive is the location is conveniently located near restaurants and the expressway.”
