“Check in was good. Overall cleanliness was good. Issues, no hot water. Wasn't able to switch rooms, was told because room order thru 3rd party. Didn't realize room was for handicap. Shower had a bench that proved to be more in the way then helpful. Elevator broke making it difficult to have to climb stairs 3 floors up. ”

“The rooms are clean and spacious with interesting decor. The location is close enough to casino to be convenient, and barbecue restaurants are super close by. The only problem we had was that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I have a feeling that's lingering from days gone by and hard to fix, but it was noticeable. Also, people should know that coffee maker is included, but no cream or sugar, so bring your own. AND bring your own hairdryer.”

“The clean comforter had blood stains. Little critters were coming in underneath the door. The bath tub had a crack in it. If you steppe d on it. It would open up. Ice machine wasn't working. It looked 100 years old.”

I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. “I had a late check-in and I felt like the front desk girl was literally waiting for me and I was so grateful! The room was large and well appointed and sparkling clean! Breakfast was hot (or cold as needed) and it was all clean and inviting! Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!!”
