“Pros: Nice employees, clean room, and basic breakfast.
Cons:
Been twice now and there is still no bar like the one shown in the picture. They really need to remove it—false advertising!
Also, there is NO shuttle at this hotel (another false advertisement). You’ll need to walk to The Inn at WinStar to catch the shuttle, which isn’t far.
And definitely call to verify your reservation after booking through an online travel agency. I did because of past overbooking reviews, yet there were still...

“We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.”
