“Väldigt dålig service. Skulle använda deras vending machine så fick jag ingen växel, frågade receptionen så sa de att de kan inget göra inte deras tjänst och vad mig ringa, men om jag hade ringt så hade min telefon kostnad blivit dyrare. Sen tvätt maskinenerna sönder och jag hade betalt de utan att deras funktion fungera. Bedrövligt, alltid litat på best western som en safe kedja att bo på men vad fel jag hade.”

“Say no to this hotel. Reception is a small room with the clerk behind glass (bullet proof?). Not at all like the picture on the site. There were 2 burn holes in the bedcover, women making greenery spread across the sidewalk (a business being run on site?), a toilet sitting in the parking lot, there was no signal on the TV and the WiFi was compromised. There was a man hanging around the side of the building. Totally unsafe - don't know who would want to stay here.”

“Bedding was very dirty, room was dirty, light in bathroom was broken and did not work. The floors felt like you would fall through them at any moment. Felt very unsafe. ”

“The host was terrific and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The house did have very doggie smells though. I travel with a small 8 lbs fur baby so I appreciate pet friendly rentals. However, this one had very strong pet odors in every room. Also, no hand soaps at any sinks. It’s okay. We got some and left for the next guests. But overall, this was a nice last minute accommodation and Susan was super nice. ”
