“Guests started ”claiming” sun-loungers at 06:30, making it almost impossible to get a spot later. Staff in restaurants were inattentive and not very service-minded. At checkout I noticed that they overcharged one of the nights by 50 USD and also added (without mentioning it at all) a ”optional” charity donation of 1 USD per night on the room charge (not separately billed, just added to the room charge). No explanation at all was given for the extra 50 USD charge. Scam tactics that made us feel...

6. Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort

“Ett resort som har allt. Strand, pol, restauranger, affärer precis utanför hotellet. Casino finns också. Rent och trevligt rum med utsikt över Beach och bar. Somnade till toner av musik från baren. Frukost där du beställer din egen omelett och smoothie. Lite krångligt att ta sig till stranden, bodde på våning 3 och fick åka ner till våning 2 och sen gå igen hotellet för att komma till stranden. ”

7. LionsDive Beach Resort

“Great beach, some of the restaurants was good. The staff in general is not the most helpful and gives you the feeling that you disturb them almost. Sad and sorry because the resort with the location and beach, water is great. But the management needs to look over some of the staff more if they want returning guests. The restaurants is mostly good, especially the asian that also had great staff / service.”

“The property is under staffed and it is evident in nearly every interaction. I waited several hours for my room after check in to be cleaned to only later find someone’s shoes under the bed. Then the staff cleaned the room took the wash clothes and didn’t replace them for days even when I requested them. The toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the buttons. The ocean view was completely obstructed with a tree. When I complained to the desk they did nothing. The pigeons were fighting over the food that...

Recensioner av topphotell i Curaçao

Sonesta Hotels & Resorts Livingstone Curacao

8/10 Bra

"We had a good overall experience, with some areas that we feel could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area with lovely surroundings. The atmosphere felt safe and relaxing throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the setting of the hotel contributes greatly to the overall experience. There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room had older furniture, and during our stay we occasionally noticed insects, which may be linked to this. While it did not significantly impact our stay, it slightly affected the comfort at times. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent. Some days the room was well cleaned with fresh bed linens, while on other days this was not provided, and the overall cleaning quality varied. Service was also mixed. Some staff were helpful and friendly, while others appeared less engaged, and at times the reception experience did not feel very welcoming. Overall, we had a good stay, but with some improvements in housekeeping consistency, room updates, and service approach, the hotel could offer an even better guest experience given its great location and surroundings."
