“Great beach, some of the restaurants was good. The staff in general is not the most helpful and gives you the feeling that you disturb them almost. Sad and sorry because the resort with the location and beach, water is great. But the management needs to look over some of the staff more if they want returning guests. The restaurants is mostly good, especially the asian that also had great staff / service.”

“Guests started ”claiming” sun-loungers at 06:30, making it almost impossible to get a spot later. Staff in restaurants were inattentive and not very service-minded. At checkout I noticed that they overcharged one of the nights by 50 USD and also added (without mentioning it at all) a ”optional” charity donation of 1 USD per night on the room charge (not separately billed, just added to the room charge). “We had a good overall experience, with some areas that we feel could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area with lovely surroundings. The atmosphere felt safe and relaxing throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the setting of the hotel contributes greatly to the overall experience. There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room had older furniture, and during our stay we occasionally noticed insects,...

Recensioner av topphotell i Curaçao

The Kontiki

8/10 Bra

"Jättefint hotell med fina rum. Bra läge med tillgång till solsängar och parasoll på stranden. Livligt område med mycket restauranger i närheten. Hade kunnat finnas tydligare information om olika saker, ex på hemsidan men det gick att lösa genom att leta upp personal och fråga."

"We had a good overall experience, with some areas that we feel could be improved. The room had older furniture, and during our stay we occasionally noticed insects, which may be linked to this. While it did not significantly impact our stay, it slightly affected the comfort at times. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent. Some days the room was well cleaned with fresh bed linens, while on other days this was not provided, and the overall cleaning quality varied. Service was also mixed. Some staff were helpful and friendly, while others appeared less engaged, and at times the reception experience did not feel very welcoming. Overall, we had a good stay, but with some improvements in housekeeping consistency, room updates, and service approach, the hotel could offer an even better guest experience given its great location and surroundings."
