“Ett stopp i den lite västerliknande staden Arcadia och hotellet Oak Park Inn rekommenderas. Gatan Oak St. har lite västern still och är fylld med affärer som säljer antikt. Hotellet har sina rum i olika teman fint renoverat. Kaffe, dricka och godsaker fanns att hämta hela dagen om man ville. Ett trevligt mottagande på ett trevligt hotell, gör ett besök värt långt ifrån de vanliga turist städerna. 3 lördagar i månaden har man olika jippon. Åk dit nästa USA resa.”

“For the money I would expect it to be a little cleaner”

“We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold...

“This was perfect for what we needed. Not a five star hotel but was clean, roomy, quiet, with comfortable bed, priced right and had everything we needed. We knew about the well water in the area so if you are not used to sulphur in your water, bring some drinking water. We thought the chickens in the yard were great to wake up to.”

“This efficient studio includes AC, electric fireplace, and newer deck all overlooking the Horse River. The setting is quiet and serene with views of chickens, ducks, and goats nearby. We canoed on the river almost to the Peace River as well. We loved the fountain set in the river as well. We were very happy with our stay, and enjoyed friendly chats with Meagan and Mark.”

“The cabin was spotless. Kitchen was fully stocked for any kind of cooking. We had a couple of minor issues but Jamie replied right away and got them addressed.Arcadia is a quaint old town. We had dinner at some really good restaurants - Brothers Fish House and Slim's BBQ were awesome! Got some home baked goods from the mennonite ladies at Martin's Conmuntry Store too.Some things for other renters to be aware of: 1 - The cabin is on a pretty long dirt road. “Beautiful clean home with easy access to the area. Only wish It would have been disclosed about the non-potable water for the home and a sensitive septic system. Just made the stay feel weird. ”

“We needed a place to stay while our team had a weekend competition at the Arcadia Rodeo grounds. What an experience! We got to enjoy the chickens and goats. Did some fishing and even got visited by an otter as we kayaked. This was an amazing place with enough room to fit all the kids and adults. The hosts were equally amazing! We’re now planning a trip back to stay here and kayak peace river. This place is perfect! ”
