“the rooms were clean however this place needs to upgrade the Bed mattress, Hard and very thin my back still hurts after sleeping on the mattress”

The only place you could get ice was on the first floor so if you was on the second floor walk walk walk. The coffee was terrible smelled and tasted like burnt rubber. “The staff were all very helpful and friendly… HOWEVER…. The room appeared clean at first. The floors are not carpeted, which is ok until I had walked around the room barefoot a while. I sat down and looked at the bottoms of my feet and they were literally black with floor dirt/grime. It was disgusting! I had to take a shower before even thinking of getting into the bed. When I went into the bathroom and shut the door THERE WAS A USED BATH TOWEL HANGING ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR! These...
