“Excellent hotel, not noisy outside or inside, but we were not there during the kids baseball season. Plenty of parking, a little tight if you pulling a trailer. Subway Quiznos is a close by along with McDonald's but that's about it. Breakfast area is extremely small so get your food and go back to your room and eat or go outside. We were there mid March, very cold. We would stay here again, the lady in the evening. Check-in was awesome.”

“This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, a brewery, the Basilica, etc. I am so glad we booked this space, it made our Dyersville trip such a great experience! ”

“Our host was really helpful and made things super easy. We were just passing through for work and typically sat in a hotel room but there were just no good choices in Manchester, IA so we found this lovely place on the lake. It was very clean , quiet and comfortable. The bed I slept in was in the master and it was really comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again! Very nice place with a nice view on the lake!!”

“I coach a 13U, here for the weekend. You can see FOD from the home, half a mile away. We loved the place for informal little stops by other parents and players between games and obligations. Tons of lawn space to play catch or whiffle, grass was perfect. Used the grill and deck for a cookout, excellent. The home was spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed, and of course laundry was appreciated. Lastly, the star of the show was Willow, their super cute dog on site…loved everyone, she...

He told all his teammates about the house and "his room" .. they were quite envious when they heard about it! We are so glad we were able to join his family for this fun time and found your home to stay in. Michelle had the whole house stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again when in the neighborhood!”
