“The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order.”

“Disappointing one night stop over. Its more of a business traveller, conference & private events venue than a country house hotel. Suite 15 is directly opposite the kitchen extractor fan which is on from before 5.00am until the kitchen closes at night & can easily be heard in the room. The room only had one bedside table & lamp, the glazed entrance is fitted with opaque glass & is the only window so there is no view. If you could see out you would be looking at the car park. “The place is a little outdated, but we expected that from the pictures. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it's clean, the beds are firm (a bit too firm for my liking, but my husband loved them!). We had a family room, and it was very spacious, there was a king size bed for us and two proper single beds for the kids. All in all very good value for your money!”

“Pros: Surrounded by a landscaped golf course. Bath not just a shower. Toiletries in room which included conditioner which isn't always provided. Complementary water and sparkling water Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Cons: No secondary lock on the inside of the door. Hallways smell quite bad and look very tired. “Clean room & Clean inside overall. The member of staff on duty on Saturday was extremely helpful. Appliances need to be checked for safety & other guests should remember to close doors carefully especially after 11pm. All in all a good stay & cool room very welcome on a hot weekend.”
