“I already wrote a review but we had a horrible stay. It was our last night before flying out and it was a Saturday. There were a bunch of noisy groups and kids running through the hallways treating the place like their own playground, parents nowhere to be found. So much noise coming from above us, when I told the staff they did deal with it but they should have done something about the general noise and chaos earlier on. I know kids love the pool and that's fine but there was no time to go in...

“friendly staff, very clean room and good breakfast”

“Great space, clean, spacious and host was accommodating and responsive. Would stay again”

“Very nice clean space. Felt like your own space.”

“We”

“This was a perfect little basement apartment, it was very clean and tidy, had good amenities. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with, check in was smooth and easy, it was a great stay with no issues.”

“Very kind and understanding.. very accomodating when i told them its my hubby birthday they wrote a card for him.”

“Excellent location-5min from airport, Champlain mall, restaurants, Walmart/Sobeys. Apartment is bright and comfortable - home away from home feel. Overall very clean - found one debris in the fridge - didn't get bother too much Linen - the bedsheet, blanket, pillow cases of one of the 2 bedrooms were super smelly - texted the host and received a clean set of linen in front of the door the next morning (the smell was so bad that it kept us up half of the night). Also found out the first night...

“We had some technical issue with the lockbox, but she came within five minutes to open the door for us”

“Great host, loved them. There was some issue with induction, but the host fixed it in no time. Clean apartment, and I would love to come again. 5 Stars for great service. ”

“The place was immaculate and the bed so comfortable. If I could make one suggestion is to add something to the walls to make the place feel more homey and install a full length mirror. We struggled with no having that!”

“Very clean and every area was used widely. Each bedroom was decorated beautifully and it was spacious for all 6 adults.”

“It is a brand new basement unit with a private entrance. Well equiped (air con, heating, kitchen...). Very suitable for a family of four. 5 min drive to downtown moncton and Champlain mall (Walmart, superstore, giant tiger). 20 min drive to Shediac which is a very famous touristic spot in summer ( well known for nice beaches and seafood restaurants). This unit is budget wise that offers enjoying nearby beaches without spending money in hotels. The owner is very polite, cheerful and responsive.”

“Communication avec le propriétaire, très facile. Maison bien située et bien équipée.”

“The house was easy to find and was very clean & comfortable. We found it to be conveniently located and the neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed and overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Nice quiet neighborhood, conveniently located, and nicely stocked kitchen.”
