“The breakfast was really good”

“The property itself was nice. You can tell the rooms have been redone. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The front desk when we checked in was helpful. Once we got settled in we realized we only had 1 towel. We asked for more and we had to follow up later again to actually get more. We had no coffee or cups in our room and had to ask for that too. The coffee maker didn’t even work. The breakfast was sufficient. Check out was easy. We would stay again despite the little problems.”

“Its was a clean unit,also staff.of professional”

“The first room they gave us smelled of pot,had a hole in the wall and a dirty mirror. I went back to the office and the moved us to a room with dirty floors.”

“This property is no where near the level of a Marriott. From our arrival which was after 5:30pm and being told our King room was not ready and it would be 30-60mins, to when it was ready the clerk was unable to “check us in” because she didn’t know how to do a “3rd party”,so she just gave me the keys to the “restaurant staff being at the store and they were unable to serve food” to when checking out they had us listed as a “no show” and it took 3 people to finally email me a receipt. The bed...

“There was a few roaches in the room, shower made an awful screaming noise. Tv stand was sticky, floor was sticky. One pillow had huge stain on it. Staff was friendly enough, and felt safe there as I was traveling alone with my 2 children.”

“When we checked in our room was not cleaned. Went to a new room staff was friendly and helpful. Left and came back and room keys did not work. Bathroom walls had weird yellow drippings on them.”

“På genomresa och bokade detta hotell samma dag. Man får mycket för pengarna. Allt från bemötandet från receptionisten till den överraskande rikliga frukosten. Hotellet hade utomhuspool, välklippta grönytor och ordning o reda. Låg precis vid ett affärskomplex med kända kedjor. Tryggt område. Rekommenderas.”

“The bed was terrible. There are no microwaves in the room and no ice machines on the floors. We had to bother staff to warm up food and get ice.”

“I love it.I love to have my birthday”

“RUN”

“I was greeted by a roach as soon as I opened the door. The cleaning of the room was subpar. The door has a huge gap underneath it and I asked for them to repair it but placing weather stripping. It never happened. Then a saw another baby roach. They had the room treated and finally got rid of the roaches. Also had dirty linen placed on my bed one week.”

“Multiple negatives so look elsewhere to stay. Looks like a cheap motel with hourly rates. Didn’t end up staying. They didn’t have my reservation anyway. Also, wrong address, wrong name of hotel and frustrating Hotels.com service”
