“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It is well located in the centre of Beverley, across the road from the stunning architecture of St. Mary’s Church and 10 minutes walk to the magnificent Minster. “The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range.
The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests.

“All the staff super friendly and the room was very big and clean. The mattress wasn’t great though and the noise travelled through the rooms- people above were quite noisy. Breakfast had good options but the scrambled egg on toast wasn’t great- should’ve done the full English! Would stay again but the bed could be comfier and hopefully not as noisy people above next time.”

“Second time I stayed here.
Bed is good and firm.
But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains.
Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway.
Bathroom needs to be updated.
Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one.
Wall paper is coming off in the room.
No power outlets by the bed, not even usb.
Dirty windows.
I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it.
