“Nice property”

“The room was dirty, the sheets had stains, and the “clean” towels had hair on them.”

“Room reserved already occupied when we opened the room door...embarrassing to the occupants and to us. Felt not secure staying at this hotel. Had to drive 90 miles round trip to secure available hotel rooms. Not to confident in Expedia's high rating of this hotel.”

“Poor breakfast, who eats serials without milk… Oatmeal either undercooked or overcooked from day to day, slow refills of yogurt, bread etc.”

“Absolutely perfect for a business stay. Easy to access, plenty of free parking as well as close shopping and restaurants. Inside the hotel it was modern, clean and a very welcoming reception area with nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and coffee is served all day. The rooms are large and in a very good standard and a wonderful bed where I slept just like home.”

Shower water pressure was not good, anD quite a bit of rust stain from water on drain. Stay was fine, just not quiet what I have come to expect feom Holiday Inn.”

So, I called later to save our room that we already paid for and that we would be there... they indicated that people were waitin g for rooms that they...
