“Absolutely perfect for a business stay. Easy to access, plenty of free parking as well as close shopping and restaurants. Inside the hotel it was modern, clean and a very welcoming reception area with nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and coffee is served all day. The rooms are large and in a very good standard and a wonderful bed where I slept just like home.”

“Poor breakfast, who eats serials without milk… Oatmeal either undercooked or overcooked from day to day, slow refills of yogurt, bread etc.”

“Sadly, this structure needs updating and thorough scrubbing. The dust aggravated my asthma. Pillows were hard (not firm—hard). Bathroom was in sad shape; door couldn’t close, toilet is very old, need new towels, blow dryer did not work. The coffee in the breakfast area was good.”

“What I didn't like is that the handicapped room I reserved was "out of service" and they wanted me to have a regular, non handicapped room where I wouldn't be able to shower. The manager and front desk lady tried to find another hotel that had a handicapped room for me. This took over 35 minutes. Finally found one at the Fairfield. It was frustrating and upsetting.”

“Our room had someone else's trash in it. Was not cleaned properly. Had moldy smell through whole place. Jacuzzi jets in room took several attempts to start. And were not very strong.”

“TV didn’t work in the room, my sheets on my bed were dirty and heavily stained. One appeared to be a urine stain (can’t actually confirm that). Couldn’t control the room temperature so it was super hot all night and uncomfortable. In the bathroom I could hear the other person showering like they were in my shower. Walls are super thin so I could hear every time someone opened and closed their hotel room door. Woken up several times by people in the hallway early in the morning (around 4am)....

“Booked my room on Expedia and paid in full. When I arrived I was charged again by the hotel, once I questioned it he said he would credit it back. It was never credited back, I called there 3 times and have talked to different people who said it would be credited back and I’m still waiting… I checked out early due to my room smelling like cigarette smoke and I just didn’t have a good feeling staying in the room. Overall probably wouldnt book again.”
