“This is a very good, even an exclusive hotel in Europena standard. Just one thing I didn't approved. The bed was extremly hard. My back got very soure from sleeping in the bed. The reason for this was that the bed lacked the Overlay mattress. All beds in the hotel was according to the staff like this. With the missing overlay mattress would the bed probably be perfect. “The room I was given was not as described on Expedia. Furthermore, I was told I was not entitled to breakfast despite the fact that my booking included breakfast. Horrible experience. I have pictures and videos of the room as proof. ”

“Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. “Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. ”
