“This is a very good, even an exclusive hotel in Europena standard. Just one thing I didn't approved. The bed was extremly hard. My back got very soure from sleeping in the bed. The reason for this was that the bed lacked the Overlay mattress. All beds in the hotel was according to the staff like this. With the missing overlay mattress would the bed probably be perfect. Great bathroom. Professional staff, clean and neat. A perfect hotel I will recommend for anyone going to Benin City. I will...

“Not so good, bugs in the units I got”

“There was a bit of confusion for us arriving to the property. The sign board is down the road a bit at the corner. We mistakenly thought the large property behind was the hotel. Once that was sorted, we got to the security gate, and was escorted in with a warm welcome. The exterior of the building is well maintained, with on-site parking, and outdoors open spaces to sit, enjoy the ample breezes and really relax. The initial impression was pleasant overall. At the Receptionist desk, the...

“The title is Hell no! Last year I gave them 5 stars this year things have drastically changed . Where do I start with the madness. 1. Check in they double booked my room so they had to put us in another room which they claim was an upgrade because it had a balcony. When I went there the balcony faces a solid brick wall. 2. The room was sub par to the room I booked. I know this because I spent 1 month in the room last year. I complained and they changed the room again to a slightly better room...

“The property had a security Guard on post. The property had ample parking. The exterior clearly needed maintenance work. The check-in process was touch less, and very quick. I requested a room on the first floor, which was accommodated. The room was clean and spacious. There were a few maintenance issues in the room as well that could be addressed. There were many eateries and restaurants near by. The property was about 17 mins from the Benin City Airport (BNI). Overall, Kenbrill was a...

“I spent almost two hours in the lobby trying to confirm my reservation. The staff needs more training.”

“Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. ”

“The location of our room was great. We were on the ground floor and because of health issues this was very good for me. The staff is very attentive and helpful to any of our needs. If a call was made it was immediately answered. The cleaning of our room was done everyday and done with great care, they were wonderful and again showed that our enjoyment of staying here was top priority. Everyone is very friendly and personable, which made us feel comfortable and it was always welcoming. This is...

“Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience ”
