“We checked in for two nights and wanted to spend some time by the pool to relax. The pool is ok and there are a few sunbeds. It was really noisy as the hotel was going to have a soiree that night and were testing the misic equipment. No one informed about this and it’s unacceptable to go on for hours. We got a room with lagoon view and were after check in informed that the soirée would last until 2 am with loud music so if we wanted to sleep we better change room to the other side! It’s strange...

“Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this.”
