“The place is beautiful, no doubt, and if you want a quiet get away then this is for you. I did find the roads and lighting around the estate to be rundown somewhat, and that I feel is not good. Everything else is truly beautiful.”

“Fabulous place to stay. Lovely warm welcome from the manager. Spotlessly clean, amazing facilities. Was great to have the six bedroom unit completely to the five of us staying. “Property staff Michael & Joyce was amazing. Service was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel on our first night which was outstanding. The only issues we had was that we booked breakfast included rate only to be told by the hotel that our booking does not include breakfast. We booked a superior room with a bath due to the fact that I had a back op, the images and information on the website showed the superior room with a bath and shower. We were told the superior room comes without a bath....

“There is a braai in the unit (ie in the bedroom) that makes the room reek of smoke. Even opening all the windows didn’t help. Bedding was clean and comfortable but it is down feathers, which is not good for travelers with allergies to that and the smoke. The unit is central which is nice but it is extremely basic and overpriced ”
