“Lugnt område i en liten stad.”

“Not many choices in the area, but this place was very good and clean. The dog charge was $ 40, which I thought was high.”

“Great stop. Excellent cook to order breakfast. Look at the before pics and realize how much has been done to make this place great.”

“Ett helt fantastiskt ställe i en liten ort, kanske oväntat men mycket positivt. Fint modernt rum precis vid floden, panoramafönster och sittplats utanför. Kolibrier som surrade i buskarna! AC som inte väsnades och då är det ju enklare att sova. Restaurangen ovanför hade mat som verkligen stack ut! Gott och fräscht! Frukosten som ingick var också fantastisk, bara att välja från hela deras meny! Om du ska sova i Green river gör det här!”

“They weren't expecting me, I requested non smoking as I'm allergic to cigarette smoke they were smoking. Had to kick a bunch of teenagers out of the trailer there were dead flies everywhere. It was too cold to think about a shower. We didn't dare use the coffee pot.”

“This room is located in a motel-style cluster called “Green River Inn.” The room itself was clean, but there was a roach problem. We saw at least 10 in the 3 days we were there. The hot plate worked only sometimes (wouldn’t work if someone was in the shower or the temperature was over 400 degrees). Felt very much like the renovations were cheap. Overall, it did the trick as a cheap place to stay, but visitors should be informed of these things before booking. ”

“The original impression was not so good. The lawn was in terrible shape. 2’ tree sprouts shooting up everywhere. Inside was very clean and cute. A little stuffy, needed aired out. Other than that it was great.”

“Wow!! Felt like home from the minute we walked in door. Spotless clean house, well equipped kitchen, all laundry services you could ask for. Bed so comfortable we slept great on the first night! Located close to many attractions. A 10 out of 10!”

“Hard to figure out how things worked. ”

“Everything in the property is new and clean. Great place to stay to visit all the parks and monuments in eastern Utah. Very comfortable bed and great views. It is the best accommodation I’ve been to in the last ten years.”

“Awesome little place and exactly what we needed for our trip. Even with an issue, Shaun was fully responsive and generous in the resolution. Will definitely stay again!”

“Cozy house that was perfect for hosting my family”

“We had a great stay. The place was nice enough. There were a few maintenance items that need to be taken care of, due to the age of the home. To paraphrase Stitch, It's a little broken, but still good. Yeah, still good.”

“We used the Green River house as a base to visit Arches, Canyonlands, san Rafael Swell and Goblin Valley. The house was perfect with a well equipped kitchen, a comfy couch, good beds, and good bathrooms with good showers. There were plenty of pods to use the washing machine and dishwasher. The house has a very pleasant atmosphere. We very much enjoyed staying here for 7 nights.”
