“This place is absolutely sweet. The apartment & grounds are beautiful, clean & had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning. We look forward to returning there again! ”

“The property was super comfortable and clean and perfect for our group. We utilized the fire pit our back in the evening (which was already stocked with wood). I have never seen so many fireflies at one time in my entire life. It was close to Seneca and Cayuga lakes and all the wineries and breweries. ”

“Very nice cottage on beautiful, natural grounds . A panoramic view of the hills and valleys. Lovely colorful flowers everywhere. The hoists were very friendly, as was their dog :) Very close to Ithaca and a short drive to Watkins Glen. I highly recommend this peaceful summer Alpine setting.”

“Twelve of us stayed for a long graduation weekend and the home could not have been better. It is spotlessly clean and so well-furnished and equipped - the pictures do not do it justice. Tons of space to spread out and gorgeous views and countryside around, but it took us twelve minutes to get to downtown Ithaca”

It would have been awesome if washer and dryer were part of the stay but no biggie. You just need to be careful when accessing the property in night as there are less lights on road. Rely on gps ”

Fabulous dining options in town Moosewood is not to be missed. Local parks are near by for waterfalls and hiking.Beautiful pastoral setting at the home. Modern amenities and convenience throughout the home. Our host was available for check in and that was a very nice touch.”

“This is a great place to stay in Ithaca. It’s about 10 minutes from the town center but it feels like you are in the country. Lots of open space, beautiful grounds, nice sunset views, and friendly staff make it a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. ”

“Rymligt rum likt de flesta andra i USA med två queen sängar. Ett pluss för att det fanns tops och lite annat man gärna glömmer i badrummet. Ganska bullrig A/C men vi är glada att den finns! Poolen var stängd.”

“Fantastic stay. I was in the main building, which was very convenient for breakfast and dinner (and bar). Location can't be beaten; you can walk from the hotel directly to the Taughannock Falls. Also, they provided a list of places to go and things to do (hiking, dining, wine tasting, etc.) which was extremely helpful. ”

“I stayed for four nights and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and hotel was overall dirty and had a very funky smell that sticked to everything that was in the room. Further, the toilet clogged the first night and was not repaired until the third day (even though notice was given to the reception), entailing that I had to use the toilet in the reception for two days. When informing the reception the first time, they responded "it is common, try to flush". Also, I am pretty sure that I did...

"Ett charmlöst hotell invid motorvägen utan restaurang. Rummet var stort och bra med bekväm säng men toagolvet var inte städat. Frukosten var ganska trist."

"I stayed for four nights and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and hotel was overall dirty and had a very funky smell that sticked to everything that was in the room. Further, the toilet clogged the first night and was not repaired until the third day (even though notice was given to the reception), entailing that I had to use the toilet in the reception for two days. When informing the reception the first time, they responded "it is common, try to flush". Also, I am pretty sure that I did not have fresh sheets in my rooms as I found several dark hairs in the bed (not my hair colour). I further tried to contact the hotel before my stay both via hotels.com and by a form on their website, but I did not receive any response. The breakfest was very poor. However, the wifi was good!"
