“There was a bandage stock on the bed sheet. The front desk staff brought us new set. The room was clean. Everything was good. A few main breakfast items ran out about 30 minutes before the end and weren’t replenished.”

“We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate. “The suite was large enough for our family of 5. The pullout bed was dirty with old sheets on it so we just closed it up and put bedsheets directly on the couch for a child to sleep on. Breakfast was great as always, staff friendly and hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 min to Presque isle.”

“Breakfast was just mediocre, coffee and tea advertised as available in lobby anytime but was not Pool water was cold and cloudy, however didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it. Overall good just a few things could’ve been better”

“Hotel currently under renovation. Breakfast was good and well stocked. I liked that they had the items on 2 different walls so never felt like you were waiting long. Pool was nice, gym was a little disappointing but not sure if that's due to the renovation or if that's how it always is. Lots of families there. “Other than the welcoming and helpful staff, our stay was totally disappointing. We reserved a king room which was very tight. The bathroom layout was particularly difficult to navigate. The toilet was low and the shower was a real squeeze. The hallways were not air conditioned and the carpets stained. The exercise room was also not airconditioned and felt like a sauna. Although we have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites in other locations, this one was HORRIBLE!! Never again!”
