“Check-in was easy, the caretaker was right there to hand over the key, and gave us a brief history of the plantation, which has been around since the 1820s! The air conditioning worked very well and that's a blessing since we visited in August. Husband and I explored and walked the property more than once, trying to imagine it in its different eras. My only issue was the breakfast sandwich in the freezer, which was a solid block of ice. Maybe, put the sandwiches in the freezer the day before...

“Rooms smelt like mold, bathroom was discolored and nasty, they ran out of breakfast at 7am and wouldn’t fix anything else. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.”
