“Some of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience.”

It is more than apparent that the staff and the designer listens to their guests needs and wants. It is a beautiful environment. The rooms are calming and meticulously clean. The amenities are luxurious. I cannot wait to find a reason to return.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly. Miles at the front desk helped us get checked in quickly and efficiently. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything was excellent in the hotel property. It was safe and our vehicle was safe the whole time with a parking facility below the building. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are typical of the "My Pillow" in that when I laid my head on it, my head sunk and there was no support. So, if they could offer an alternative pillow, that would be great!”
