“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”

“Exactly what we needed. The owners had just finished a beautiful remodel and we were the first to experience it. We felt like we were staying in a chateaux in the French Alps. The owners thought of everything. Even had battery operated candles that looked so real. I love this place!”

“Mark was great! Very accomodating and has a beautiful cabin!! We felt like they chopped each piece of wood and made every item by hand. The decor was fabulous and kitchen had everything you need.
