“It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types ”

“This is an amazing property. Very peaceful, clean, well kept, unbelievable attention to detail. We could have not been more happy with our stay. They have thought of everything you might need. Took our Jeep to Hawk Pride, nw Alabama mountain ride, and Stoney Lonesome. Perfect central location. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.”

“My wife and I were in town for family business. We have many family members in the region, and we wanted to stay far off the grid. I’m glad we did. No phone, no cable, no nothing. Absolutely fantastic! We plan to bring our children on the next trip in about 8 months. This place is #1 on the list for my wife and I. “Everything!! The place was absolutely gorgeous, clean and host (Myra) was so sweet. This home felt like a home and not a rental. This home was very well equipped for many needs down to needle and thread. We definitely will return. Our stay with 6 adults and 1 baby was very comfortable. ”

“The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!”

“The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Later that evening as we watched television, reception was awful. Clerk on duty at that time wasn't interested in our inquiry regarding tv reception. Breakfast foods ran out about 8:30. Still no attendant to that area.”

“My biggest problem is parking. There is no hotel designated parking so parking on the street is a little bit of a nuisance.”

“Bar and rooftop were great and drinks were excellent. Location was great. However, we had problems with plumbing fixtures, door lock and noisy a/c unit. We felt that price point should’ve involved a full time front desk with baggage assistance. There was no elevator and stairs were required to get to rooms.”
