I loved my stay very historic town with little to no activities to do around the hotel, for the price of location it could be less as far as things to do in the area and not being a modern town. Otherwise great hotel !!”

“This is an older property but that is reflected in the room rate. The room is extremely clean. There are NO bugs. It’s right off 95 and so easy to get back on the road. It’s a 6 minute drive to downtown (the quaint area). There are restaurants you can walk to. It’s just what you need. I would recommend this place for families making a stopover on their way to Disney or any travelers just needing a clean room for the night.”

“Loved the late nineteenth century decor. We took full advantage of the sitting room to entertain guests. Great to walk around Fredericksburg and enjoy the unique shops, restaurants, and history. Overall a luxurious and interesting place to stay.”

“There was no free breakfast offered as promised on the Expedia site due to renovation work going on at the property. Our room was fairly clean minus a string of dental floss on the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room was very old. I can see why they are renovating.”

“Comfortable and spacious house. Loved the large kitchen, the abundance of natural light and the two patios. Layout of the house is perfect for a large group: Plenty of space to be together, but there are also lots of spaces to enjoy separate activities. Very comfortable and we appreciated the outside beauty, quiet and privacy. I was very comfortable. Antonio was quickly responsive when contacted with questions. I hope to stay at this property again when visiting family in Fredericksburg.”
