“Place is beautiful, they just need to improve their breakfast.”

“Dålig städning. Ingen dammsugning på tre dagar. Ingen bäddning. De bytte handdukar trots att vi sagt att det av miljöskäl var onödigt. Gick inte med på prisreduktion trots begäran om det. ”

“The hotel is going through some staff issues and the new housekeeping company is useless. Rooms were not well kept, dirty towels were given to me when I asked for new ones. Bedsheets smelled and had stains. Floors were dirty. Horrible. A shame because I stayed here a couple years ago and it was wonderful. Definitely won’t be back. I do have to say. Sonya is the manager and she was really, really trying to keep the guests happy, as I wasn’t the only one with issues. Poor gal had seen better days....

“We arrived here on our last night after touring yellow stone for 3 days. The hotel staff was great, they had water jet massage chairs, hot tub and pool to relax in after long days hiking. Restaurant on site made it easy - great rooms and beds.”

“Beautiful place close to civilization that made us feel like we were out in a rustic village. Everything about the place was perfect! The staff are the best I’ve seen anywhere in the US!”

“The staff in the afternoons through evenings were the very best. 10/10. The cleaning staff that got new towels and trash bags and coffee each day for our room were incredible. There was coffee and tea and fresh cookies and ice cream every day. This hotel is walking distance to the shops in town. Close by the little grocery stores too. And a minute drive to entrance to west Yellowstone. I would for sure stay here !”

“The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all. ”

“Mountain View is a little deceptive out the front you were looking at the frontage road railroad tracks and the entrance ramp for interstate 94. Get the room on the backside of the hotel and you’re looking over some gorgeous mountains The amenities the hotel and the breakfast are all very good. Five stars.”

“The room was quite but we had some issues with cleaning. One day the the covering was left laying on the floor and the second day there was no cleaning in the shower. The fridge was to cold so our food and drinks got frozen and we had to throw away some of it. The stay was including breakfast but the hotel has a strange system were you can choose one thing to eat and one thing to drink or order from the menu and get 8 USD off each guest. This isn't mentioned when you book so our tip is to just...
