“Overall the house was clean and presentable. We found dirty towels in a wardrobe and only one small bath towel for each person. A drawer in the same wardrobe had a tube of shampoo/shower gell smeared on the interior. Broken mugs found in the kichen cupboard. A lack of a washing machine. Bathroom. I found thetoilet too low and the seat too far back making it impractical for easy use.”

“Very welcoming home and hosts , lovely welcome breakfast package with fresh eggs , milk , bread , butter and all sorts of tea and hot drinks . Comfortable bed , toiletris provided , washing mashine with detergent provided . We felt like home ! ”

“Host cancelled my booking last minute because they realised children were part of that booking which very unprofessional because when I searched for properties this one showed as suitable for children and family. Also nowhere on the description it said its not suitable for children. Only after they cancelled my booking they updated the description. Very cheeky and unprofessional behaviour because I only had a day left before my trip to find another property which difficult to find. Very bad...

“The toilet failed to flush unless the landlord flushed it! Was told it was on the repair list. bath pop up drain broken - needed a knife to get the plug out. All food kept on the bottom two shelves of the fridge froze to the shelves. One cupboard was full of opened and part used food. The washing machine gave off a bad smell. bed settee very uncomfortable not fit for purpose, ending up sleeping on very comfortable leather settee. Not enough crockery but 29 wine glasses. Bath towels were nice....

“Got a dodgy text message after booking. They told me there was a risk I would lose my booking if I didn’t cancel my VRBO booking and go straight through their personnel website. Didn’t seem right and VRBO ended up sending me somewhere else. ”
