“I booked a first-floor room through Expedia, but when I arrived at Red Roof Inn Dothan they put me in a completely different room on the second floor that I did not book. “Owner was training a front associate which he was being abrasive with , my upgrade charge was 57$ to a way worse room which had stained lamp shades - beds needed to changed - staff was rude hung up on me from the direction of the owner not supervisor- not pet friendly- if your passing through and need a dirty place to sleep and do not care about rude staff and owner feeling entitled because he doesn’t have respect but there to stay occupied to make make a living stay - try it out”
