Trevlig personal men väldigt rörigt, olika svar ifrån olika personer, Härlig pool”

“Pool great , wonderful breakfast good gym and good tennis coach”

“Customers service very poor apart from the housekeeping, it was fully booked at the breakfast room and very few staff to attend to customers. As a 5star hotel they need to modernize their rooms. The only thing I loved most was the beach. For me Serena in Goma is still the number one customers service/ modern hotel in Africa/Europe no matter you are female traveling alone or with family”

“Snabb och effektiv incheckning. ”
