“I was in town for a ladies conference. Another lady and I were sharing a room. I had pre booked and prepaid for the room. Our room apparently had not been cleaned. There was green toothpaste smeared on the wall just above the toilet and blood drips on the wall under the light switch and the coffee maker was dirty all over the top. When I brought this to the attention (with photos) to the desk person I was promptly told that they would have to attend to it the next day when the cleaning staff was...
