“Kein Internet das Zimmer wurde die ganze Woche nicht gemacht kein Frühstück kein Restaurantbetrieb . Personal nicht sehr freundlich Alles in allem nicht zum empfehlen hab so etwas seit langem nicht mehr erlebt und ich bin 8 Monate unterwegs in Hotels”

“Härligt hotell med fri förbindelse med gym och pool vilket är ett stort plus. Frukosten buffén var bra med en god blandning av saker att välja på. Trevlig personal. De flesta duktiga på engelska vilket är ett plus när man inte kan de inhemska språket. Fräscha rum med skön heltäckningsmatta.”

“Great communication from the hotel when my flight was delayed & I couldn't arrive until after midnight. Keys & entry instructions were left & it was no hassle at all to enter & find our room. Cleanliness was excellent, if I had to try & ind a minor fault then there were a couple of small stains on the carpet where it was slightly worn, but that's being really picky! Breakfast as all the reviews have said was excellent. Will definitely stay again.”

“This is a nice hotel located right on the central square of Ruse. I appreciated it's location a lot. I was able to walk to everywhere in the city that I wanted to go. Even the Danube river is just a short walk away. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This seemed to be the best hotel in town. It's certainly the best located hotel in town. Highly recommended. ”

“Wir waren für eine Nacht da während einer Fahrradtour der Donau entlang. Hotel ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen- für uns s er nicht störend. Das Frühstück war naja- inkl. Extrem abgenudelten Frühstücksraum- hier gibt es Luft gegen oben. Zimmer war sehr ruhig”
