“This Springhill suites was not up to our expectations based on our experiences with other Springhill suites in the past. The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs.”

“Our room didn't even have a chair! Only place to sit was on the bed. Curtains did not block the outside light.”

“Staff was always friendly, rooms were nice. The outside of the property looked a little different than expected but overall it was a good bank for your buck”

“The management with good the room was clean. I was having trouble with the Internet and the person that was working. The desk was kind enough to help me get the Internet working properly. Two things I didn’t really care for much about the physical location was a lot of truck noise when the road and the shower took forever for the hot water to reach the showerhead and there was no shampoo or conditioner supplied with the room”

“Terrible checkin. They have an automated kiosk. The people that you talk to digitally on the kiosk speak very poor english and are hard to understand. There is no one at the counter for check in or out. Have no ideas what you would do if you actually needed a person to help with anything. I never saw an emplyee at the property the whole time we were there. Breakfast was almost non existent. I do not recommend staying here”

“For a breakfast compared to other La Quintas Ive stayed at...wasn't all that but...it was free. I really didn't like the way the room was set up especially a tall mirror facing the bed. I was there for a celebration of life for a dear friend so the room worked. The bathroom was ok but on the cramped side for a La Quinta. The bed was super comfy and pillows were very nice. The updated outlets for charging phones and stuff were ok but half of them didn't work. For what I was there for it was fine.”
