“Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Overall great place to stay.”

“Staff was friendly and the motel seemed well maintained. When we arrived they did not prepare for two people staying in the room like we had noted in the reservation. Location was great and the view was wonderful. Had to communicate with the office via phone only due to no one being in the office. Wifi was very spotty and made it difficult to use the TV provided in the room. It is solid place to stay if you just need a bed and a shower.”

“Best hotel I have stayed in recently. Super friendly front desk staff, breakfast staff and maintenance staff. Large variety for breakfast and the breakfast areas and common use areas were very clean. Our room was clean and when our tv wouldn't work the person who fixed it was prompt and very friendly.”

“We rented the room with the jetted tub in the second building. The instructions for starting the tub said there would be a decal on the tub, but there was no decal. We eventually found where the decal had previously been, but the button was difficult to operate. Even when we were able to get it started, the jets would only stay on for about a minute. After pressing the button several times, it stopped working altogether. The ice maker in the room also did not work. We mentioned all of these...

“This is a nice hotel. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable with everything in good working order. I would stay here again.”

“My room was musty with the carpet wet. I had to beg to get another room which was a down grade.”

“I’ve stayed here before and it was room 106. It was pretty nice. This time, it was room 104 and it was severely disappointing. No windows Room felt humid everyday. Shower head is demolished. Carpet felt like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. It felt gross.”

“The room was dirty, musty and full of bugs. The carpet was so stained it was a disgusting sight. I got home and took a soapy bath and am still itchy. Will never stay at this place again! I threw my pillow away.”

“Unfortunately after checking in, discovered a bed bug and contacted Expedia for refund as there was no way we were staying there. The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. I wanted to support since it’s a veteran owned business but service response has been terrible and the cleanliness was less than desired.”
