The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. “This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! Damp in corner above cooker! Shower was filthy ! Stood on piece of glass on floor in room ! Comunal area on way in was filthy ! Would never go back here !!!!!! ”

“A lovely and friendly hotel. My room was great with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast (full english) was great, with all elements cooked to perfection. I stayed a couple of nights to go to Yarmouth races. Only a few minutes drive away and if the weather was better, I would have walked. It's about a 40 minutes walk, along the sea front then a few minutes inland. Or 20 minutes walk the other way and you're into the heart of Yarmouth. So the hotel is convenient, whatever you're looking for.”
