“The rooms were clean but the bathroom had no vent fan. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling vent. Moisture in there made the floors incredibly slippery. The tub was stained and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and water went everywhere. The elevator broke our first day there and wasn't repaired yet when we left. “A really cool hotel with very friendly staff. The only down side was the breakfast that wasn’t fully included. You got a voucher to use in the neighboring cafe, but it wasn’t enough to cover a full breakfast and the cafe was closed on Mondays. However, the cafe was great!”

“Stayed just one night drivning through but it was easy to find, clean and easy to get around to a restaurant close by. In The morning it was included a breakfast wich included a bagel, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, coffe/tea and yoghurt. After breakfast the kids went for a swim in the indoor pool. They appriciated the opportunity to get some exercice before we hit the road again.”

“Very nice hotel, super fresh, clean, Modern and loved that we could easily walk downtown for dinner, shopping, ice cream etc.. would definitely stay here again. Kim at the front desk was hands down the most personable, friendly and engaging hotel staff we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing over all of our years of staying at various hotels. Breakfast was great with a good assortment of items we look forward to another stay the next time we’re in town.”

It had everything we needed and wanted! The addition of the hot tub and details to make the experience wonderful! We will definitely be back!”

Quick access to the amenities of Downtown Cedar Falls with all the perks of a quiet country retreat. Hoping to book more stays here in the near future.”

“The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall.”
