“Small, humid rooms with even smaller beds, don’t be above 182cm or 6ft or you’ll be sleeping with your feet in the air. Beautiful gardens but quite far away from the centre and the rooms could really use soundproofing. Not worth it!”

“Slightly difficult to rate this one. The room (single room) was a real budget room, clean but not much bigger than the bed. No AC but a roof fan, the small room got quite warm and humid. It was a heavy rain one night and the bath room roof was leaking slightly. On the other hand the roof terrace was lovely, they served a very nice breakfast (no other meals served, but there are nice restaurants nearby) and the staff was great which increase the rating. Hotel Soleil La Antigua

8/10 Bra

"Stannade en natt i Antigua och hade bokat hotellet i förväg. Enkelt att hitta med en bra parkering när man kom. Hotellet hade transport till centrum varje timme Rummen var lyhörda med dålig ljudisolering i fönster och dörrar med störande ljud från gatan. Vi bodde i markplan mot vägen med en mindre trädgård som utsikt vilket var fint. Säkert tystare i rummen mot bad området. Högljudda personer i korridoren hördes också väldigt väl. Fina utrymmen på hotellet med gott om servicevänlig personal och en bra frukost "

"Casa del mundo is very picture perfect but it didn't feel as authentic as some of the other places we visited. The food was average and quite pricy. We booked massage that wasn't very good, after quite a few attempts we managed to get a bit off money back at least. The jacuzzi was lovely. For unknown reason the paddle boards were broken,but we weren't told why and when we could use them. There is A LOT of stairs, so if you have issues with that it's not the best place for you. "
