“Nice property, had events booked up throughout the weekend so definitely a lot of traffic. Would be good to separate parking for paying guests. Front desk not very helpful most of the time, felt like they did not want to help, tons of younger kids running around property knocking on random doors, fun to watch-annoying to sleep. Breakfast was good, would be good if they mixed it up a little. Pool and pool area were terribly cold to the point of not being able to enjoy, that was a big...

“Staff was friendly, Parking was easy. Breakfast was okay, but would have been nice to have some protein to go with the bagels. Would have been helpful to have either an airport shuttle or contact to get to the hotel. When we arrived to the airport, there were no Ubers or Taxi (Nice couple on our flight kindly offered to give us a ride). Worst was seeing 3 large cockroaches in the room.”

“Not enough towels in the room and even after we asked for some, we were not accommodated. No sanitizer in dispensers.”

“Unfortunately we had no hot water for the first 24 hours of our stay. The tv channels did not work because it’s internet tv and the signal was poor. The WiFi did not work well in general. The elevator was broken for the first part of a day and it is the only one. The staff told us the GM was out for personal reasons and could not assist us. The hot water was fixed eventually. They would not provide a refund or discount to our hotel cost.”

“Great stay! Don’t think I have stayed at a Wyndam but all the reviews showed so positive and Was very pleased with everything. the check in smooth. Nesto greeted and described everything about the hotel before I asked. We spent 2 days at the property and each morning we were greeted. Breakfast area was clean and maintained and at check out LaDonna was nice enough to sign me up the reward program. Thanks we will be back if we are in the area again.”

“The staff was amazing we arrived an 90 mins early before check in and was able to get our room. The amenities fantastic and they had just opened the pool and my daughter was ecstatic.”

“First time to stay at a Homewoods Suites hotel and it was great. We attempted to check in early and our room was not yet ready. But the front desk employee quickly informed us the room was ready before we left the property! All staff was great, breakfast was delicious with lots of choices! Definitely would stay here again!”

“Such a bad service, I’ve here 2 times a year during the last 10 years but now I’ll change hotel. No breakfast when we arrived in time in the morning and the maid was so rude, so rude. When I came back later in the evening No cleaning of my room Even if I decide when I checked in that should do. So bad service and very rude staff. ”
