“Check-in and check-out were seamless. The room was very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated in such an adorable fashion! There was a private back deck with a picnic table that opened up to a field with trees in the distance. It's located near some beautiful parks and waterfalls and close to Helen. The Dugout restaurant is attached to the lodge and offers a discount for those staying at the lodge. The lodge owners are friendly and easily accessible for assistance....

“It was hard to get answers about the kitchen. I left several messages to ask a couple questions before we left to go to the property. Finally got an answered call on the way up there. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower. It was slow to warm up and after 2 minutes it was ice cold and took 2-3 minutes to warm up again.The lady across the street, Lee Ann, was very helpful.
