“From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.”

“My stay here was fine. The air conditioning worked as hard as it could in 92+ degree afternoons and it got really cold at night but thats fine. The staff were kind and accommodating. Nearby are restaurants and a Walmart and you can drive to the nearest town 10+ min for more restaurants. You pay for the quality of this Quality Inn. There are 2 floors and no elevators. The hallways and carpet feels dated and the far side of the parking lot, the pavement is all cracked. ”

“This is our second stay here. The first wasn’t horrible but it was inexpensive so I couldn’t complain. My second visit was different. I booked a room that stated there was 1 king bed and slept 3. Sounded perfect for 3 of us. That detail is incorrect. The lady at the desk looked at me like I had three heads. I asked for a rollaway. Again, I got the strangest look as she said she’d see if they had one. They did, but everyone involved acted really weird. Well, the mattress was a joke and we might...

“Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. I was not offered the pay breakfast upon check-in. I would have gladly paid. The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floors were empty every time I attempted to get ice. Disappointing. On a good...

“The rooms were big, bright and clean. The location was very handy, could walk to shopping and dining. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was tasty.”

“The hotel forgot to give me a receipt at checkout, and despite several attempts to contact them by email and through Hotels.com, I never received any response. I still need the receipt for my employer, and the lack of communication has made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. This unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience.”
