“Shower did not work in one of the rooms that I reserved. Ask for accommodation refund they told me that they could not provide it because I went through a third-party, which was Expedia and also told me they couldn’t refund me because I turned down the offer of them giving me another room. I was the one that suggested that my party get moved to another room, but my party was courtesy stayed in the hotel until the end and then we tried to get a refund and they still said no.”

“This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. ”
