“Our handicap accessible room was nice. I would have liked to have a second bed instead of a sleeper sofa though. The bathroom was clean and spacious. They only had a shower chair for the tub. With a new lower leg amputee in our group, a walk-in shower or at least a transfer style bench would have made shower access possible for her. Climbing into the tub was not possible. “Front desk staff was amazing. They greeted each and every guest as they came in. I even had a long conversation with the overnight. Agent if I ever come to this area again. I will make sure I stay there.”

“The bathroom was dirty, urine down toilet and on floor. Potpourri smell consuming the room, clearly hiding another smell, very strong. Cigarette burns on pillow cases and sheets. Burnt plastic on mattress cover making bed rough. The strong potpourri is beyond disgusting. Aside from how dirty the bathroom was. If this is appealing to you then enjoy your stay.”

“When arrived at property, the room was filthy. Cobwebs and chipped paint along with dead bugs on floor and windowsill. Staff rude and discourteous. Refused to refund $. I checked out without refund. Comfort suites in Sanford was much more accommodating with a clean room and wonderful staff!”
