“The room was very nice and big. My only two complaints were not big ones, there needs to be a minimum of four pillows for a king size bed, only had three. And we didn’t have a microwave, which shocked us, and was inconvenient. But other than that, everything else was fine and I would totally stay there again”

“This was my first trip traveling alone with my kids and the staff was so kind and helpful with information during breakfast and getting us extra supplies during our stay.”

“Rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing water pressure. Breakfast was good. Great location. Will definitely stay again.”

“I have stayed here 3 times now and I have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and maintenance is kept up well. They do need to add some lotion to their room for their guests. But that’s just an ideal I would like to see. Thank you for another great stay.”

“The solitude and beauty of this location cannot be emphasized enough. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, even though civilization isn't too far away. The fireflies should be on the brochure. Our one complaint would be the cooking situation. I think the controls on the oven are broken, and the small kitchen is sparsely equipped, and one of the pans was badly burned before we even got there. I would suggest eating out. The fire hot tub is heavenly. Squire Boone Caverns was better then...

“Very nice stay. We were there during a heat wave but stayed cool inside the cabin. Very quiet and remote. Would like to return when it's cooler to take advantage of outdoor activities!”

“This place was very very lovely. It was the best rustic VRBO I’ve stayed in. The setting was amazing. The home was incredible with many personal touches, not the usual generic decore from Amazon or box stores. Communication with owners was available and prompt.”

“It’s a lovely, rustic getaway.”

“A cute house with everything that we needed for our girls weekend! The host checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was walking distance to the town. We all had a great time!”

“The second time I visited this same place. Always makes me happy to set the phone down and live life one moment at a time and hear the sounds of nature as its scheduled program.”

“With all the smoke and horrible air quality we were having in NW Ohio from the fires I wanted to get away with my two kids for the weekend and found this nice little house 5 hrs south. So glad I did. I messaged and the host got right back to me. House was clean and had everything we needed. We had service the entire stay but they do provide WiFi and the ac kept the house cool despite the one in the master bedroom not working (blows warm air). Kids took the bedrooms upstairs and I slept...

“I would have like to know before arriving that the water was not potable. I did not ititially bring any water with us and had to send someone to the store after we already got there.”

“We loved the country setting and the sounds of nature! Very nice home with all the amenities you need. Furniture was fresh and in great and comfortable condition parking and access was as easy as could be and the location was close to everything you need! Would love to stay there again!”
