“Poor house keeping.”

“000/10 I don't recommend staying there. We arrived early in the morning and the person who attended us charged us extra for staying in a non-smoking room when I specifically chose it that way. So they are misleading ads because they put the rooms as non-smoking and when you get to the counter it's something else. When we entered the room the bathroom was disgusting, yellow towels, there was no soap and they didn't change the towels either. Horrible experience, I don't recommend it”

“Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast was good and the location perfect”

“No elevator ”

“The hotel was what I expected, we enjoyed our stay.”

“For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again.”

“Härligt med pool!”

“The staff is very polite and helpful.”

“Everything was good”

Trevlig personal!!”

“Clean hotel near Manchester airport. Breakfast was fairly good. Rooms are spacious with a small seating area and a kitchenette. Parking is extra and should have been included in the price.”
