“Ordinärt hotell med 70-80-tals känsla, med olika nyanser av brunt. Lite slitet. Service ok, men inget mer. Ok utbud frukost. Åt några måltider i hotellets pubdel. Nudelwoken var mycket god. Däremot var hamburgaren inte värt priset. Lördagkväll när jag och vårt sällskap åt på puben var det orimligt långa väntetider på maten. Vi fick maten serverad till sällskapet med en timmes differens mellan det att den första fick sin mat och den sista fick sin mat. Jag fick vänta i 1,5 timme på min mat utan...

“Fantastic room. Clean and nice bed. The food was bad, really bad,Stayed for 2 days but both days the food was very tasteless. Breakfast was really bad. Outrageous that they charge for this. Change the cooks and I will be back otherwise avoid or eat out”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton. They were very accommodating and provided us with a travel cot. It was our first time staying at a hotel with our baby and we had a great sleep for the first time in ages! We booked a king room and received a super king bed, bonus.”

“We have stayed at The Chase before on a few occasions over the years and were delighted to see that Green King have taken it over and upgraded the rooms and en- suites. The staff were super friendly and we were delighted to meet Jane again who remembered us. Our room was clean and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Nice touches with the ironing board etc which would be useful for longer stays. We shall definitely return on our next visit to Nuneaton.”

“Ok place for business trip. Service was ok but not overtly helpful. No info on latest check-in time at 4pm led to them canceling the room and then rebooking at a slightly higher rate when I arrived. ”

“We flew from Canada for a 70th Birthday party here. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Liam our Breakfast server was phenomenal!! He was an attentive and professional with a smile. The Trainee manager Ryan with the lovely hair was a pleasure, as were the two bar tenders Jamie and Nathan. We would not hesitate to book this place again. ”

"Stort hotell med rymliga och välutrustade rum. Bra frukostbuffé för att vara i England. Utmärkt läge nära Birmingham New Street Station. Mitt rum vette mot söder där en stor trafikled finns så det var lite bullerstört. Ett tips är att be att få ett rum som vetter mot norr. Hotellet har en egen middagsrestaurang och roomservice dygnet runt."

"Underbart boende framförallt om du gillar golf. Två 18-hålsbanor och drivingrange samt övningsgreener. Riktigt bra frukost och trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger i ett stort naturområde så möjlighet till löpning och promenader är också stor. Nära till Birmingham flygplats och NEC samt CBS arena i Coventry om man är här på mässa. "
