“The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there would be no charge?!?. “The bed is rock hard and room not very clean ”

“They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang. The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic). ”
