“We arrived very late and check-in was a breeze. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. After 12 hours of driving with two small kids, we were ready for bed. The beds were extremely comfortable which made it easy to fall asleep. We woke up and had breakfast and my boys enjoyed what they had served. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Sen tvätt maskinenerna sönder och jag hade betalt de utan att deras funktion fungera. Bedrövligt, alltid litat på best western som en safe kedja att bo på men vad fel jag hade.”

De var sämre än vanligt, äckligt kaffe , ingen bagels, ingen marmelad , ingen äkta smör, bara wipped spred , dåligt med yoghurt ? Ingen ost. ”

“Went to the area for the fair grounds. The pool was broken somehow and it was closed; was not told before I booked the room. Our bed had a couple small spiders in it; had to squash them… The room was extremely hot because the ac unit wasn’t on at all. There are appears to be “long time” residents. Plants growing in the windows and the smell of weed or drugs being consumed. At night I did feel the need to conceal carry; and I did… The staff was friendly enough; no problems there. The ice...

“The location was perfect for our business at the Air Force Base. The only thing I had a problem with was the entrance because it shares a driveway with another business. It gives you the feeling you're going to the blue painted candy store but if you turn left as you pull into the parking lot there's a driveway and the front of the hotel is at the end of the driveway. Maybe a bigger sign would help. All in all our stay was wonderful. Will go back if we have a need to.”

“The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed.”
